Who we are
NetBuild Studio LLC ("NetBuild Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is a web design and hosting studio based in Central Iowa. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit netbuildstudio.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions
When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), and message you provide. This information is transmitted to us via Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
Usage analytics
We may use a privacy-first analytics tool to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, what country they're from, and which browser they use. If analytics are active, they do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sessions, and do not share data with advertising networks.
Automatically collected data
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard access data including IP addresses, browser types, and referring URLs. Cloudflare's infrastructure also provides security and performance services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and quote requests submitted through the contact form
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To protect the site from spam and abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our email. See their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — provides hosting, DDoS protection, and the Turnstile bot-protection widget on our contact form. See their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site (Space Grotesk, Inter, Space Mono). Your browser makes a request to Google's servers to download them. See Google's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (used on the contact form) may set a short-lived security cookie to verify that you're human. No persistent tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for general business record-keeping. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
